1 Hour Fire Rated Metal Single Riser Door Access Panel – Picture Frame or Beaded Frame – 3 Point Lock

The 1 Hour Fire Rated Metal Single Riser Door Access Panel provides a secure and discreet solution for concealing essential building services while maintaining fire compartmentation within internal wall systems. Designed for use in service risers and vertical service shafts, these access panels allow convenient maintenance access to concealed services while helping to contain the spread of fire between building compartments.

Tested to BS EN 1634-1, the riser door provides up to 60 minutes fire resistance from the front face when installed in wall applications, making it suitable for use in multi-storey buildings where fire protection is required.

Manufactured in the UK from durable Zintec steel, each panel features a metal faced door leaf and is supplied with a three-point locking system operated by a tee key, ensuring the door remains securely closed while allowing authorised access for maintenance.

The panels are available in two frame styles to suit different installation requirements:

Picture Frame – A 25mm wide frame designed to neatly cover rough structural openings for a clean and professional finish.
Beaded Frame – Designed to integrate flush within plasterboard wall systems for a more seamless installation.

Both options are finished in RAL 9010 white polyester powder coating (30% gloss) as standard. Alternative colours and bespoke sizes are available upon request.

These riser doors are ideal for concealing pipework, plumbing systems, electrical cabling, ventilation ducting, and HVAC services within internal wall constructions while maintaining safe access for inspection and maintenance.
