The access panel is finished in a durable RAL 9010 powder coating with a 30% gloss level, making it suitable for a wide range of commercial and residential interiors. Alternative colours and locking options are available upon request for projects requiring specific finishes.

A spring pin hinge system is supplied as standard, allowing the door to be removed quickly during installation or maintenance, reducing fitting time compared to traditional piano hinge designs.

Installation Guide

1. Open the door, release the spring pin hinge system, and lift the door out of the frame.

2. Place the frame into the structural aperture (which should be 7mm larger than the panel size) and mark hinge and door retaining pin positions.

3. Remove the frame and drill clearance holes for the marked positions.

4. Fix the frame into the aperture using all fixing holes, ensuring the frame is square and flush with the wall.

5. Refit the door by inserting the lower spring pin hinge, sliding the top hinge pin fully into place, and closing the door.

6. Lock the door with the key and ensure it sits flush with the frame.

Independent bracing or additional support may be required depending on the riser door weight.

Fixing Requirements

• 5mm diameter screws

• Minimum 50mm penetration into steel studs
