Suitable for cutting mild steel to HRC20 9mm diameter and 7mm to HRC40. Flush cutting jaws hardened and tempered to HRC58 - 62 giving a longer life and good cutting capability. 30° offset chrome vanadium steel cutting jaws with fine adjustment. Plastic grips on handles.
