Fitted perfectly

I’ve not received my product 8 days after ordering and the only update I get it is ‘it in fulfilment’. I simply want a delivery date why is that so difficult. I have emailed twice (no response) and joined the live chat which gets me nowhere. The product may well get 5 stars if it ever arrives

Ordered monday afternoon was on wall by Tuesday afternoon simple to replace broken cover did not have to change back plate

The box is great an easy replacement.
Well made.
The problem was delivery it said next day, but took over a week and it was hard to get hold of anybody on the phone always engaged. Managed to get an email in the end saying sorry low stock awaiting a delivery.

Once it came back into stock they despatched very quickly. Problem was they didn't tell me it was out of stock, I had to contact them. Poor communication to begin with and then things improved.
