This set has two dual-sided whetstone sharpening stones - 400/1000 grit for quickly sharpening dull knives and a finer 3000/8000 grit. It is made from high-quality white corundum. The silicone non-slip base ensures the stones stays in place while sharpening. The angle guide helps to control the angle and provides extra safety.
