The Everbuild Fire Mate Intumescent Sealant White C3, available from Trade Counter Direct, is a high-performance, one-part emulsion acrylic sealant designed for fire-rated structures. Engineered to provide a firm yet flexible seal, this intumescent acoustic sealant is suitable for a wide range of applications, including sealing joints, voids, and irregular holes in fire walls and partitions. Its advanced formulation ensures reliable fire resistance and excellent sound deadening properties, making it an ideal choice for professional use in construction and maintenance.
Tested in accordance with BS 476 part 20 (1987) and detailed in Warrington fire research report No. 144508/B, the Everbuild Fire Mate Sealant offers up to five hours of fire resistance in suitably designed joints. It is easy to apply, requires no priming on most substrates, and cures quickly for efficient project completion.
