The Everbuild Fire Mate Intumescent Sealant Brown C3, available at Trade Counter Direct, is a professional-grade, one-part acrylic emulsion sealant designed for fire protection and acoustic sealing. Rated for up to five hours of fire resistance, this intumescent sealant is suitable for a wide range of applications, including sealing joints, voids, and irregular holes in fire-rated walls, partitions, and around service penetrations. Its advanced formulation ensures both a firm yet flexible seal and effective sound deadening, making it ideal for demanding construction and maintenance environments.
