The Sealey FD115MIX Assorted Grit Zirconium Flap Discs are designed for demanding surface preparation tasks, including descaling, derusting, weld preparation, and weld cleaning. Available now at Trade Counter Direct, this pack of ten offers four different grit levels to suit a range of applications and finishes. Constructed with durable zirconium abrasive flaps, these discs provide longer life and superior performance compared to standard sanding discs.
Each disc features a depressed centre and is suitable for use with both electric and air tools. The abrasive flaps are securely bonded to a rigid disc using epoxy adhesive, eliminating the need for a separate backing pad and ensuring reliable operation in tough working conditions.
