The Non-Fire Rated Metal Access Panel from Trade Counter Direct is specifically engineered for use in dry lined ceiling and wall structures, offering a discreet and practical solution for accessing building services, concealed flues, ducts, and chimney systems. Designed with a beaded frame, this panel is typically installed at first fix prior to plaster-boarding and decoration, ensuring a clean and unobtrusive finish once completed.
Ideal for both wall and ceiling applications, this access panel meets the requirements of Part J Building Regulations for visual inspection of concealed flue and chimney systems, provided existing fire, thermal, and acoustic provisions are not compromised. Available in seven standard sizes, it is suitable for a wide range of projects, with custom sizes also available upon request from Trade Counter Direct.
